16 Dec 2014 - Taiwan Trip Day 3: Raohe St Night Market (饶河街夜市)

The nearest night market from Living mall is Raohe Street Night Market.  We took a cab directly to the market and the fare is only TWD75.
The market runs 600 metres from Fuyuan Street Ciyou Temple (松山慈祐宫).
In order to keep Jerlene and Javier entertained, we brought them to a game stall to have a few games of air hockey.
Below are some of the street food that we tried here.
福州胡椒饼 is one of the more popular stall in the entire street.  The queue was long but serving was fast.
Fried King Oyster Mushroom and 花枝炒 were some of the other yummy food that we tried.
As mentioned earlier, at one end of Raohe street is Ciyou Temple (慈祐宫).  Most people, including us, entered this temple to use the restroom.  :-)
From here, we took MRT from SongShan station (松山站) direct to Ximen station (西门站) where our hotel is.
